The packaging line G122 is the newly-born of Goglio’s Machines Division. The project of this Form and Fill is born from the Group’s shared skills on packaging, machines and food products.
Designed to produce vacuum bags for ground coffee, it is suitable to package products in powder and in pieces with formats from 250 to 500 g.
The line is reel-fed and has been developed to suit Goglio’s rich range of materials: new formulations for high barrier laminates to meet all customers’ needs.
It can produce up to 120 pcs/min and the bags can be fit with several finishing options: straight trim, half-moon, twice folded flap fixed with adhesive tape.
Compact, versatile and flexible, the line guarantees a reduction in compressed air and electric supply consumptions compared to the traditional packaging lines.
The birth of the machine represents a further step towards environmental protection, for which Goglio invests huge resources. The aim is to produce innovative materials and systems to meet producers’ and consumers’ needs during the whole packaging life cycle from the production of the laminate to its waste disposal, through logistics, packaging and product presentation on sales lines.
