Next October 28th Cibustec – Food Pack will start in Parma and Goglio will be there (Hall 3 Stand E038) with a space dedicated to Fres-co Aseptic System®, to the packaging technologies and solutions for vegetable preserves: aseptic bags for the traditional processing industry and leading packaging systems for the catering market.
Fres-co Aseptic System® is a specific solution made up of sterile bags up to 1500 litres in multilayer laminate for shipping and stocking of fluids and doughy products as tomato and fruit concentrates that need to be processed, packed and sold. It deals with high barrier films, produced in partnership with important multinational supplier of polymers which develop the newest components for the best mechanical performances, using the same quantity of raw materials. Bags thus produced are resistant to climate changes, as they have to guarantee product preservation (properties and colour) at room temperature for long time.
Goglio complete offer is applied also to the catering and retail markets thanks to the GNovasteril aseptic system, for liquid, fluids and formulated products. It is an integrated system made up of preformed z-belt 3-, 5-, 10-litre pouches and filling lines manufacturing unique solutions characterized by distinctive elements and value-added optionals: flat pouches, completely printed with easy opening. Developed starting from the GNova system, symbol for the flexible revolution towards traditional packaging solutions including also vacuum or hot filling versions, G Novasteril represents the best expression for Fres-co System®, a turning point in the aseptic packaging of food.
The line stands out for its reduced size compared to the traditional hot filling versions; the system fills sterile pouches which, prior to being delivered, receive a special gamma-ray treatment of the same type applied to industrial aseptic packaging of vegetable preserves. Their special z-belt structure is used to convey them to the filler, ensuring smooth, non-stop feeding. The pouch outer surface undergoes a further, low consumption, sterilization step by peroxide steam. Pouch opening, aseptic filling and resealing operations are safely carried out in the over-pressurized filling chamber.
The whole process is at room temperature, with great advantages in terms of energy savings and sustainability. Furthermore the product is better preserved: taste and colour are the same as fresh product.
