Flexi-al extra high barrier and Polivel.2 standard barrier aseptic bags, Blue Band version. They are recognizable for blue neckband and assure protection from mechanical and thermal stresses, suitable for liquid and pulp products.
Flexi-al is the range of high barrier aseptic bags, that allows a great product preservation and an extended shelf-life, particularly recommended for oxygen-sensitive products such as deciduous and tropical fruit.
Polivel.2 is a bag which suits most acid products for outstanding performances also in the standard barrier.
The BLUE LINE range includes standard barrier (Polivel.2-metallized) and extra-high barrier (Flexi-Al Foil) bags which, thanks to the advanced resins formulation, provide increased flex cracking resistance, a key for packaging integrity especially when processing low viscosity products, in severe environmental conditions, when shipping long distance and/or for critical haulages.
The sealings on the bag bottom ensure a uniform product distribution during the filling and also a better weight bag support, simplifying emptying operations.
