FAQ

WHY REPORT?

To highlight potential unlawful and unethical conduct, to timely identify risks and to prevent damage to the Group’s reputation.
In this way, reporting can help minimize risks for the Group, the work environment and all employees.
Each report contributes  to the success of the Group and to the promotion of an ethical, healthy and sustainable culture, offering an important contribution to the internal compliance control system.

WHEN IS IT THE RIGHT MOMENT TO MAKE A REPORT?

Whenever  as an employee  or collaborator of the Goglio Group, as a customer, supplier, stakeholder  or in any case because  of any other relationship with the Group, you become aware of actions or conduct that are, or could seem, not in line with the Group’s values, inappropriate, correct, lawful or that may put the Group at risk,  the work environment and all employees.

If you’re not sure how to act, ask yourself a few questions such as:

  • Could the conduct have been carried out in violation of rules of ethics and conduct, procedures, protocols or provisions contained within the Model or the Code of Ethics of Goglio?
  • Could the conduct have been carried out in violation of laws and / or regulations applicable to Goglio?
  • Could the conduct constitute a crime (e.g. corruption, environmental crimes, occupational health and safety offences)?
  • As a result of the conduct, could a liability arise on the part of Goglio?
  • Could the report prevent the occurrence of negative consequences towards Goglio?

If the answer to any of these questions is positive or if uncertainty persists, do not hesitate and report!
If you are an employee of the Goglio Group, remember that your responsible manager and the Goglio ethics committee are in the best position to understand the situation and clarify any doubts.

WHAT ARE THE MAIN CONDUCTS TO BE REPORTED?

The Group appreciates and encourages  open communication with whistleblowers and invites them to provide their name and contact details, which allow them to set up an open and transparent dialogue useful to provide all the information necessary for the correct assessment of the facts in question.
Your name and your report, including any further information and requests,  will be treated confidentially  and will be shared with others only if required by applicable local laws and regulations.
It is still guaranteed the possibility to submit the report anonymously, which has the same value as the one identified, but in this case, the reports must contain more details.
The Group reserves the right to request authorization from the whistleblower to reveal his/her identity where this is essential for initiating disciplinary and/or judicial proceedings against the perpetrator of the reported conduct.
