GNova CO-FRES

The GNova CO-FRES line is an automatic line starting from z-belt pre-made pouches supplied in strips.

The exclusive Goglio degassing valve is applied at the beginning of the packaging process; the bag bottom is then opened though a jet of nitrogen, in preparation for filling. The coffee inside the pouch degasses naturally and saturates the pack top space, therefore creating the pressure in excess necessary to make the valve open.

Exceptional performances and sealing reliability are the strengths of this machine which allows easy bag change and high output levels thanks to as many as 10 filling stations working at the same time.

The GNova CO-FRES can manage a wide range of pouch shapes and sizes and is characterized by great flexibility, high automation and easy bag size change, as settings for various formats can be stored in memory.
